5th graders have the most creative, wonderful minds that are full of stories, ideas, and thoughts- and a student's ability to hold a pencil or form a letter should not prevent them from sharing their thinking. Dyslexia, dysgraphia, motor or coordination skills, and a variety of other challenges can be exhausting hurdles for children to overcome during the school day. But with your help, we can support ALL learners! These iPads and keyboards will open up the world of writing, math, reading, exploring, and creating for our students. Not all students come into the 5th grade with the same strengths, skills, and supports, and it is my job as their teacher to meet them at their level and support them individually in reaching their personal best. This technology will assist me in that, and help provide individuals with the supports and interventions necessary to be successful in the classroom. Please help me in helping them! It takes a village...
