While my students come to school eager to learn and read, they need books in color for the classroom and to bring home. My students are not only living below the poverty line, they are in my special education program, they are English Language learners and they struggle with developmental disorders on a daily basis. Sadly, we do not have a library at our Title I school and I make my students' books on a weekly basis, but they are in black and white. My project will make a huge difference to increase student engagement and supplement the lack of a school library.
