Using Chromebooks in my classroom will allow students to continue growing in 21st century skills. Students need to be fluent in computer skills, sharing projects electronically, typing, and appropriate cyber socializing. We will also use Chromebooks to communicate about upcoming assignments, projects, and research. Using Chromebooks in the classroom motivates students to be engaged in learning! When students have to share Chromebooks during a project, they often become disengaged or frustrated with waiting on a partner. Having multiple Chromebooks on a project will give students freedom to share their work and give feedback, but also have the autonomy of their own learning!
