I teach at a public high school in a metropolitan area and teach all grades 9-12 with the majority of my students being Sophomores and Juniors. Half of my courses are specifically for students who need remedial math help to pass standardized tests. They are good kids who try hard but at some point missed some important math skills. The majority of the students that I serve are from low income families and a very diverse population.
