I have been experimenting and researching flexible seating arrangements. This past school year I lowered and raised tables so students could sit on carpets or stand while working. Almost immediately, I noticed a change in behaviors. Students were excited and engaged in their learning and were more focused on their work. My students need Wobble Chairs, ball chairs, floor cousins, and wobble disc seats. These donations will help improve my classroom by giving the students a variety of seating choices to better meet their individual learning needs. The students will be using all of these materials in a flexible seating classroom. The students will have a choice in which seating option they would like to use for the day or at a certain time in order to work comfortably and stay engaged in their learning.
