My students use exit tickets each day as immediate assessments. As a diverse community of different socioeconomical standards some of my students are unable to bring in supplies for the classroom. I often throughout the year print up study guides and practice tests for each of my students to enhance their standardized test taking skills. I am purchasing all the copy paper which can tend to be expensive when used all year long. Many students come to school coughing and sneezing, so I go through a lot of Clorox wipes and facial tissue to avoid the spreading of germs; it tends to help with attendance when you can keep the germs at bay. I have also asked for two additional computers for my classroom as most of my students do not have access to computers at home. The chromebooks can be used in the classroom to research science projects or to look up different species we will be discussing. They could also be used for additional math exercises for the students who need more practice.
