Our school is a Title 1 school that host a large multicultural population. Many of the South Bronx students come from families living near or below the poverty level. Our school community has ESL, special needs, and a large percent of At Risk Students. The students here are hard working and enjoy learning. Our school is committed to motivating and engaging students in order to improve students attitude toward school and be life-long learners. Due to their motivation and hard work, I want to give them a meaningful gift that can aid them in middle school and carry over to further their education.

About my class
