My classroom and I believe we should demonstrate our knowledge of concepts in a variety of ways by using our diverse talents. This often requires use of technology and headphones with microphones. Students are allowed to complete assessments, essays, artwork, create presentations, or develop and create teacher approved projects of their own design to demonstrate their knowledge of academic content. Currently, many students do not have headphones. This is not due to fault with them or their parents. They came to school with headphones, but they were of poor quality and broke after a few uses. We would like to have a quality class set of headphones available for this year, and into the future, to allow us grow in our knowledge and skills.
