Schools are gearing towards 21st century learning through the use of technology in the classroom. My district's new superintendent is stressing this importance and sharing its benefits with the teachers in my district. I would like to continue to work on providing these skills with my students through the use of tablets in my classroom. I am currently studying the benefits of technology in the classroom while working towards my Master's degree. Through this process, I am learning further uses for technology in my classroom. I feel that providing my students with these kid-friendly tablets will help my class with their understanding of technology and provide more engagement in my classroom!
