My name is Lara Lovell and I teach Kindergarten in a Title 1 school district. I have 17 students who are very sweet, and very eager to learn! Many of them come from homes where materials such as books and technological equipment are very hard to come by. I try very hard to provide all the materials needed so that all of my students (no matter their learning-style preference) can learn and become more affluent readers, because I know how important reading is for a child! Once they learn to read, then they do anything their heart desires! It is my goal to first provide technology for my classroom, and once that goal is reached, I will move onto working towards getting a new library for my class. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated!!!
