Please help give my students a "home away from home". I am striving to create a cozy, safe, and comfortable classroom where my students look forward to coming every day. The carpet I have chosen is my first step in creating this "dream classroom". As a first grade class, we gather on the carpet for many reasons...to hear stories, to learn, to collaborate, to play games, and so much more. I want this important area in our classroom to be an inviting place that the students are excited to visit.
