Lancer CrossFit at Lawrence High School combines gymnastics, body weight calisthenics and weighted elements helping to develop overall development across our ten general physical skills: Cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and coordination. Students at Lancer CrossFit have a greater opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this type of stimulus during their years of peak development. LCF is here to keep students driven and engaged, while teaching them proper movement technique and helping to create a broad athletic foundation. Nutrition will also be discussed to help develop our performance in and out of Lancer CrossFit. Within LCF it is imperative that we pair fitness and fun to instill a lifelong passion for health and fitness. "Deep Inside of You is More Strength than You've Ever Known." "Anonymous"
