As a teacher I will try my best to accommodate my students, and Donors Choose seems to be an effective way to achieve this goal. The students are eager to work even with minimal supplies so these donated supplies will help them have a more successful school year. These students came into class the first day of school and completed a challenging STEM activity just by using solo cups, a rubber band, and yarn. The lab equipment materials, experiment supplies, and other Science related supplies will help our class out a lot. The students will use these supplies hands on, and the learning experiment will be beneficial. Our school went from a regular elementary school to a STEM school without the proper classroom supplies. The petri dish, thermometers, and microscopes will help out in the Science lab as we start working on STEM activities. The different lab experiment sets can be shared among the students to get the visual and hands on feel of STEM. The hands on interactive skeletal systems, life cycle kits, rock kit, and plant cell kit will help as discuss these topics in depth in Science. Our Science lab is empty and the items in the cart will help out tremendously.
