Let's make a change, let's try something new, let's get these children moving. My school is located in a rural part of Tennessee. We are almost 80% free/reduced price lunch. School is a safe place for the students in my class and they are excited to be there. My class is made up of many different learning styles and they all strive to meet the high expectations set before them. They know that in third grade we are a family and we work together, we cheer each other on and we offer encouragement on a daily basis. Our classroom floor is tile so while they love to move around, finding a comfy place to work is almost impossible. Your donations would greatly impact and help students in a low income, highly impoverished area learn that education is about trying and exploring new things and creating an environment where we work together and make good choices to succeed.
