Hello! I often ask myself how I got so lucky to be where I am today?! I have been teaching for 11 years and have loved every minute of it. I am an extremely passionate educator and believe in "reaching before teaching." Relationships and social emotional learning are my starting points at the beginning of each school year. The idea of reach can have many meanings, but I believe it is very important to get to know each and every one of my students. After all, I only have one year to give them everything they need to be successful in their future. Reach also embodies the ideas of reaching for reaching for new goals, possibilities, and ideas. It gives me great joy to send my learners on to the next grade level knowing I have done everything in my power to give them the tools they need for the future!
