My students need my full attention, and when I am using our interactive whiteboard as a display screen for a document camera, I have to sit with my back to them. I would love to be able to stand to face them and interact more while modeling whole group activities with the document camera. I want to utilize our available technology to its fullest potential and this cart will help me do that. Our school does not have a lot of resources but the interactive whiteboards we DO have are wonderful. If I could face my students, I would increase engagement, reduce behavior issues and maximize instruction time.
