I am an Art teacher working in a urban district. I work with 300 fun loving pre-school aged students. I teach each child how to create and express themselves through Art. I also teach them how to use their fine motor skills such as; cutting with scissors, ripping paper with their tiny hands to develop their hand muscles so they can learn to hold a writing material properly. I teach them how paint and use a paint brush and how to glue their creations. Aside from these fine motor skills, the most important one is their expressive language, which helps them talk about their creations.
