I never imagined that I would find myself remotely teaching from home and that my students would be learning new material through video conferencing calls and recorded home videos. We are charging forward and looking at it as a learning opportunity for all! The whiteboard easel included in this project would serve as a tool that I can use during Zoom meetings to go over material easily and to display anchor charts during recorded lessons. I will also be able to use it with future classes in the classroom during carpet time work or in small groups. The other materials included in this project will help me store essential items and display material on the board. My amazing students have been working incredibly hard using the assignments that I have given them with Google Classroom, YouTube, and Audible Stories. However, my learners would benefit greatly from me having a laptop with sound and video capabilities to record video. I can use these amazing tools to assist my students with their remote learning experiences. Once we excitedly return to school, my students will benefit immensely by having a laptop in our classroom that is dedicated for audiobooks, read-aloud assistance, the easel and magnetic letters will be used for one of my students that can't see on short distance and my small group (below grade level). Also, I have included a laptop table that will help me to move around the classroom, and work with small groups.
