My students come from many different backgrounds. Many of them come to math class with much less enthusiasm than I would like. It is my job to get all students actively engaged in the class. That is where the technology comes into play. I teach Algebra 2 and Geometry to sophomores, juniors and seniors. The students that I have plan to attend college or trade school after high school. As an educator, I want to do my best to prepare all of my students for their future. We are the largest high school in our area. In our district, 59% of our students are eligible for free and reduced lunch. Many of these students have very limited access to technology outside of the school.
