This will help kids in Title I-funded/ impoverished areas get some extra energy to make it through the day. Many of my students do not have the money to get snacks at home. The meals we provide at school are sometimes the only meals they get all day. These snacks will stretch the school lunch a bit more so they are not quite so hungry, and have the energy to make it through the day. I appreciate any help you can give me to provide a little extra for my kids.
