My students are an amazing and diverse group that have overcome many struggles in their lives. Almost all of these students come from low income homes, and some of them have disabilities. Their families send them to a charter school because they are hoping for a better education for them in a positive learning environment. Despite the difficult circumstances of their home life, they come to class ready to tackle the workload and learn new things. They are very appreciative for all opportunities given to them. I am blessed to be working with them and I want to give them the best learning environment possible.
