I work with 24 elementary classrooms over a 4 day period. I service grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. They are an enthusiastic and creative for the most part and many like to be challenged artistically. In our district, we have a magnet school for the artistically gifted that starts in 6th grade. I feel it is my job to introduce the students to as many different types of art media and techniques as possible over the 6 years I will have them in my art class. They love to work with clay and create three dimensional pieces.

About my class
