My students are amazing individuals, who truly love their school and classmates. They excel in the lab. They are given a lab question to investigate and they determine how they will get their data to determine the answer. We often work in pairs or small groups of 3, with the limited supplies. My students are very excepting of all students, regardless of their social standings and disabilities. We are a rural, low income district. Many of the students above 60% receive free or reduced price lunch. The average class size is around 28 students and sometimes exceeding 34. The average graduating class size is around 70 students. With the lower socioeconomic standing and smaller school size, class funding is an issue.
