Hello! My name is Bernadette, my students at school simply call me Ms. B. I have been a school based occupational therapist since 2009. I have the privilege of working with special needs students from pre-k, kindergarten through high school. The school experience have taught and shaped me so much as an individual. In my collaboration with other therapists, teachers and parents, I have learned to explore a variety of resources to make learning and teaching fun for my students and with the teachers I work with. I wanted to become a member of Donors Choose so that I can be better equipped with a wide range of resources that I can use in the classrooms and in the therapy rooms with my students. My mission is to share the resources to other teachers and parents in order to foster a more fun and creative environment for special needs students' learning experience.
