Research has proven that students improve their cognitive process, brain function, memory and even mood after movement and exercise. Brain scans have shown that there is more connections and brain activity after at least 20 minutes of mild to moderate exercise. We will utilize our stationary bicycles to help students before, during and after school to help increase brain activity and stimulate cognitive growth with the ultimate goal of improving overall learning in our classes. As a physical education teacher I hope to generate interest and awareness in students, faculty & staff but most importantly in our families.

About my class
