As the tools and mediums utilized by people to communicate, process and receive information and interact with society change, so too must our approaches to education evolve to include instruction in new skills. Our students’ world now includes automated machines and computers with which they must interact to access goods and services. In the context of technology that is often inherently motivating students develop problem solving and reasoning, directional correspondence, sequencing and computational thinking skills. Acquisition of these Lego Robotics and Coding kits will help expand our students repertoire of technology related skills and bolster student engagement in the learning process.
