Students in the Kindergarten Dual Language program participate in Blended Learning. They have individual reading conferences, and use adaptive computer programs. The students were lucky enough to receive brand new laptops. However the students struggle to use the track pad on the laptops, not having experience with laptops before. To use these programs students need wireless mice in order to successfully use this technology. Students also need wiggle seats! It is hard to sit still when you are 5 years old. These seats will not only help students focus it will also strengthen their core muscles! This will help our student to engage in about 30 minutes of Literacy computer instruction in two languages.
