These Makey Makey's will continue to nurture the joy these students have for learning. Give my students easy and they do it; give them a challenge, and they do it with joy and enthusiasm. Makey Makey's allow you to turn everyday objects into touch-pads. It’s an invention kit for doing art, engineering, and everything in-between. A row of bananas can become a keyboard; balls of clay can be turned into a game controller. Student will practicing the THREE "R"s by using "trash" which will be painted or engineered to become an interactive sculpture and musical instrument in one. It will be able to go on musical art tours to schools and public community events. Since it is art, science, music, and made by reusing trash it will be able to make an appearance at many of the outdoor events held at Palatine Park in Fairmont.
