I have the privilege of teaching 25 sweet and caring second grade students at a projected Title I Elementary school in Oklahoma. My students enjoy working in a classroom full of alternative seating options. While the traditional chair is still a choice, students are free to sit on the ground, stand at a high table, relax against a pillow, or curl up in a comfortable seat during independent and group work. They work tremendously hard and exceed my expectations daily! Each day they focus on the task at hand to accomplish their goals. We celebrate the success of others on a daily basis.

About my class
