The kayak, life jackets, paddles, and seats will allow all of my students to participate in a marine science adventure that takes the incredible learning in the classroom, into the field, our local bay. Currently we do not have enough to accommodate all of the students, therefore the students have asked me to see if I can get some more. The students will be able to make connections with their environment by kayaking through the elusive and magical mangrove forests, while engaging in three hours of physical exercise. This generous donation will allow all students to have an unbelievable opportunity.

About my class
