As we continue to navigate this time of uncertainty, I want to highlight the importance of art as a critical part of a student's well-being and holistic learning. I want to assemble an art kit for each of my students so that they may continue actively working during our time as virtual remote learning. The students will also use their art kits in class upon their return to school. My goal is to provide the same opportunities and materials for each student, in order to best succeed in their artistic development and for showing their creativity. This project will allow for the following additional materials to be used by each student: - oil pastels - watercolor set - a brush set - colored pencils - quality drawing paper - permanent markers I would like to extend my sincere "thank you" to those of you in our small, yet strong communities that always lend a helping hand and donate generous support.
