We have a wide variety of ability levels in our classroom, but each student shares the love for learning. They walk into the classroom with a smile on their face and leave the exact same way. Learning makes them happy. We are fortunate to be an International Baccalaureate school. As IB students, we are Thinkers, Well-Balanced, Curious, and Risk-takers to name a few. My class embodies these qualities each day as we take on new challenges in kindergarten. My students participate in whole group discussions but can also collaborate in small groups as well. They enjoy hands-on learning and working together to accomplish a task. Hopefully, with the three donated iPads, we can add technology to that list. Walt Disney said it best, "We keep moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths."
