My students come from various backgrounds, but mainly are low income students who do not have a lot of opportunity. They come to me with little to no background knowledge and would benefit from as much learning opportunity I can provide. I have a mixture of levels. Not only do I need to challenge my students who are higher with what they know, but I need to give additional support to those who are struggling to learn what they need to know.
