My third graders love using technology, but access to that technology is limited since 18 classrooms share the school's limited resources. Adding Chromebooks to my classroom will allow greater access to the tools and resources the students so desperately need to succeed. Countless resources are available to students who have access to Chromebooks. Having Chromebooks in my classroom would help me differentiate instruction and meet the unique needs of each of my students. Utilizing Chromebooks would provide my students opportunities to participate in activities that reinforce what they are learning and challenge them in ways that simply are not possible without the use of this technology. My students need technology in their classroom so they can develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities that they need to be successful, not only in today's classroom, but also in tomorrow's world. Having Chromebooks in the classroom would increase and greatly enhance my students' educational experiences.
