My students represent the robust and eclectic culture of Baltimore. Representing over 21 different area codes, my students come from a variety of neighbors and likewise have a variety of needs. Serving a special needs population, my students are all amazing, but they face additional obstacles that their peers may not. My students require additional support and materials so they feel comfortable, safe and ready to learn in their environment. My students have a searing desire to learn and when provided with a well-prepared environment, they can achieve anything.
