I have a classroom filled with wonderful students who are eager to read and write. More than 3/4 of my students are living at or below poverty and face so many challenges beyond the classroom. Having access to basic supplies will ensure my students are well prepared to do the work they need to do in order to progress in Reading and Writing literacy.
