I am requesting stools and other unconventional seating to make students more comfortable when learning. We want to use innovative seating choices to make it easier for scholars to work in cooperative groups. Throughout the year, the students will work on projects related to public speaking, writing, and journalism. The podium will help them practice public speaking. The iPad and the printer are helpful when creating, printing, editing, and displaying student work. “We speak not only to tell other people what we think, but to tell ourselves what we think. Speech is a part of thought.” ― Oliver Sacks, Seeing Voices Help my students become more confident in their communication and collaboration with their peers. Your donations will give them resources to a whole new world.
