The students in the adapted physical education class have 12 minutes to choose an activity to ride, walk, peddle around the gym as a group. This is such a fun time of the class and everyone looks forward to the exercise, music and movement. The students need a variety of equipment to choose from. Many of our students need individual assistance to ride the equipment while others are working independently. It is important that the students are able to succeed riding the equipment and are able to participate as well as increase their level of physical fitness. We like to move it!
