My students attend a school that has a 85% free/reduced lunch status. There are well over 1,000 students with 30+ students per class. My students are eager to learn and are becoming more proficient with using technology. My classes are comprised of children from a variety of backgrounds. I have several students who are classified as homeless according to the state. All of my students view education as the only way to be successful. Some of them struggle academically as they have learning disabilities. Despite these challenges, they put forth much effort.
