My students are seventh graders who have been identified as *high potential* meaning they are not gifted as far as test scores dictate, however, they have the potential to be identified as gifted but need a bit of a push. They are a combination of boys and girls whose teachers have recognized as having that *spark* but need more support outside of the traditional classroom. As the school librarian, I am allowed the flexibility to work with these students in a less formal environment which will help motivate them.
