Thank you for your interest in our work here at Har-Ber High School! I have been teaching for many years, but this year is my first time to teach Marketing and to sponsor our DECA club. DECA is an organization that gives students business experience through competitions & leadership training. Our school has had a struggling DECA organization for many years due to adviser turn over & students not really committing or taking it seriously. I am on a mission to help grow this organization at our school, change the mindset of what our club represents, and to get students involved and connected within the business field. I am currently trying to help all of my officers pursue their interest in business by getting them involved in as many leadership opportunities as I can, and encouraging their entrepreneurial interest and managerial interests.
