Technology. Most of us take it for granted. We constantly hear about it relating to education, so we assume that classrooms have what they need. Well, my classroom looks a lot like a classroom from 20 years ago. An overhead projector that uses transparencies, a working "teacher" computer for attendance and report cards, and three students computers that must be rebooted constantly because they "freeze". I understand that the money for a classroom of computers isn't possible. However, one ipad and projector can allow us to see and explore together.
