My students are very bright and continue to surprise me everyday with their efforts. Being their teacher gives me the opportunity to do what I love as well as helping them grow each year. Our school is serving a diverse population of students that includes a high percentage of English Learner students. We are also a Title 1 charter public school. Most of my students have a learning disability and I am helping them bridge the gap. I'm the special education teacher for Kindergarten to 8th grade students. This is my third year as a special education teacher.
