Our school is a Title 1 school in a high poverty community, but that doesn't dull our passion for learning. Iva Elementary is dedicated to developing critical thinkers and independent learners. We encourage our students to reach their full potential by setting high expectations and goals for them, as well as fostering engaging environments in which they are able to learn. Many of my students do not have the best socioeconomic backgrounds, but they all have an incredible passion for learning and success.
