My students are falling behind but have a thirst for knowledge. They respond best with hands-on activities and the use of technology. The school is a very collaborative learning environment that has a goal to get our students to the highest achievement level possible, and that's why my job is so important. My job is to be the support my students need to get on track, fill in the gaps, and prepare them for the next grade level.
