My students come predominately from a low economic home life with 95% or more on free or reduced lunch. Our students have limited learning materials at home and have had little enrichment experiences that foster education. They come to school every day eager to learn and appreciative of all the experiences our school provides. They are currently learning to read and write using letter sounds. They are beginning to read books and write simple sentences to express individual ideas.
