I have been a teacher for 14 years. Before moving to the high school this year, I had been at the middle school teaching Language Arts and directing the school musical. Now, I have the great fortune to teach Drama to mixed classes of 9-12th grade students, some of whom I had as middle schoolers! It is so wonderful to see how they have grown and matured since then. I am so excited to have this new challenge and to be helping students tap into their creativity and talent! Teaching a new subject and directing full-length musicals means starting from scratch, however, when in comes to supplies and materials.
