My favorite thing about being a teacher is the fact that I gain 20 new best friends every year. It is so important to me to have the best relationship I can with these kids. I want them to walk in my classroom door every morning knowing that they are loved. Working in a low economic area has its challenges, but if the only thing I do for my students each day is to help them feel loved, then I have done my job! As an educator, I am always trying to grow and develop so that I am able to give these kids the best education that I can. I try and do everything I can to teach, guide, and support these little people. This job is not easy, but it is oh so rewarding. I wouldn't change it what I do for the world!
