All my students have a disability that requires specially designed instruction. My school has 2 Extended Special Education classrooms. The students in these classes have great challenges with behaviors and communication. When these students are able to effectively express their wants and needs it is beneficial for everyone. This reduces negative behaviors and fosters positive relationships between peers and staff.
