Our school is very culturally and racially diverse. We have students who have immigrated from all over the world, and who speak over 40 different languages. Across the board, our students are eager to learn musical skills, and want to learn how to play an instrument. There is a high level of student interest in playing an instrument at school. Our school community is very strong with parental and community support, which would only be strengthened by Ukulele concerts and events that the students would share with their community.
